CLASS TICKETS: Holiday Cookies - 12/12, Saturday @ 6 - 8:30pm

Holiday Cookies is a hands-on workshop teaching practical skills for baking using regional, fresh milled flour. Students will dive into Holiday Cookies with instructors Reva Castillenti and Patrick Shaw-Kitch and learn simple techniques for baking cookies with whole grains. Make the perfect holiday gift: your own cookie boxes. Come hang out, learn a few new skills, and enjoy an evening filled with good food & good company.

Class is held at Brooklyn Granary & Mill at 240 Huntington Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231 and runs for about 2.5 hours, from 6:00 to 8:30pm on Saturday, December 12. Tickets include class instruction and light snacks and non-alcoholic drink.

Tickets are nonrefundable. If you need to cancel, please give two weeks notice and tickets can be transferred to attend another class within 12 months.
