Brooklyn Granary & Mill Bakery

Our Bakery & Cafe is a showcase for what is possible with freshly milled regional whole grains. We make bread, pastries, sandwiches, topped focaccia, and sweet treats. Everything is made with 100% freshly milled whole grain flour milled on our two New American Stone Mills on the second floor of the building. We sell fresh milled flour, pantry items, and house-made products perfect for pairing with our bread.

We are located at 240 Huntington Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Our hours are Monday to Saturday from 730am to 3pm.
