Spelt & Cornmeal Pancake Mix

The perfect, low-effort answer to breakfast needs over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. This pancake mix is a blend of Spelt and Wapsie Valley corn flours (both grown by Seneca Grain & Bean). Spelt is a flavorful and soft grain, perfect for pancakes. The corn adds texture and a distinct flavor. The mix also includes baking powder, baking soda, salt, and organic sugar. To make this mix into pancakes, all you'll need to add your own buttermilk, melted butter, and eggs. Makes about 24 pancakes.
