Pastry Baker's Flour Gift Box

For the pastry and sweets baker who wants to experiment with fresh-milled, whole grain flour all milled by Brooklyn Granary & Mill. This gift box includes: 1kg of whole grain Spelt flour grown by Seneca Grain & Bean in Penn Yan, NY, 1kg of Rolled Oats grown by Aurora Mills & Farm in Linneus, ME, and 1kg of Brooklyn Granary & Mill's whole grain All-Purpose Pastry Flour Blend (made with hard red winter wheat, hard red spring wheat, and spelt grown on various regional farms, with the majority of the wheat coming from Hudson Valley Hops & Grains in Ancram, NY). Also included are descriptions of each flour and how Brooklyn Granary & Mill recommends using each of them when baking pastries or sweets. 

The flour is wrapped inside a gift box with tissue paper and then closed with a tasteful ribbon. The receiver will see who purchased the box to send on the packing slip. Gift Boxes available for pickup or shipping. All gift box orders ship or get packed for pickup on Fridays of the week they are placed. If the box is being shipped, it takes between 2-5 days to arrive, so please factor this in when placing your gift order.
