Einkorn & Wheat Bread Loaf

Our Einkorn & Wheat loaf is a 100% fresh milled whole grain loaf that's shaped into a oval, and has hint of sweetness along with a deep flavor and robust crust. In addition to Einkorn from Seneca Grain & Bean, it has Red Fife from Gianforte Farms and Spring Wheat from Aurora Farms. It's a perfect accompaniment to the Thanksgiving table, is great for making homemade stuffing, or can be sliced for your leftover sandwiches.
