New York State Flour Baker's Gift Box

For the home baker who wants to experiment with fresh-milled flour from grain all grown on three different farms across New York State. This gift box includes: 1kg of whole grain Spelt flour grown by Seneca Grain & Bean in Penn Yan NY, 1kg of whole grain Red Fife flour grown by Gianforte Farm in Cazenovia NY, and 1kg of whole grain Danko Rye flour grown by Hudson Valley Hops & Grains in Ancram NY. Also included are descriptions of each grain and what baked goods Brooklyn Granary & Mill recommends using them each in.

This gift is wrapped with tissue paper and ribbon in a gift box. It can be shipped or picked up at our bakery. Pickups will begin on December 16, run through December 24, and require two day notice. All shipping orders will be collected and begin shipping out on December 15. For expected arrival by Christmas, order must be placed by at least December 16.
