Bread Flour Blend - Farm: NY+NJ+ME Farms

Our BGM Bread Flour Blend is a whole wheat blend made of a combination of hard red winter and hard red spring wheat varieties: Renan, Aurora, Redeemer, Glenn, and Rouge De Bourdeaux. These wheats come from a variety of farms in the region: Seneca Grain & Bean in Penn Yan, New York, Hudson Valley Hops & Grains in Ancram, New York, Aurora Farm in Linneus, Maine, Cold Brook Farm in Oldwick, NJ, and Stone House Farm in Hudson, New York. This blend works well in hearth breads, pan loaves, focaccia, baguettes, and enriched doughs.

All grain and flour orders are milled to order and then shipped on Fridays. All orders will ship or be available for pickup the Friday after it is placed.
