Brooklyn Granary & Mill buys grains directly from small farms and then mills flour to sell wholesale to restaurants & bakeries. We also operate a bakery that sells bread, pastries, and flour directly to the public. Come visit us!

Thanksgiving pre-orders are closed, but our Bakery is open late (until 6pm) Tuesday 11/25 & Wednesday 11/26. We will then be closed for the holiday from Thursday 11/ 27 until Sunday 11/30. Open regular hours again starting Monday, 12/1.
